Our everyday life experiences are determined on how we perceive what is being said or what is happening at any given moment. I strive to find the good in everything that presents itself to me. My dad always said, “There’s a pony in there somewhere.”
I live my life as a true visionary, a caretaker of the land, a builder of dreams. As the winemaker for Ledson Winery and Zina Hyde Cunningham Winery, I am able to fulfill my dreams by creating some of the most magnificent wines. And from so many different appellations: Sonoma Valley, Napa Valley, Alexander Valley, Knights Valley, Russian River Valley, Anderson Valley, Dry Creek Valley, and Howell Mountain. As a fifth generation farmer, whether growing grapes or raising cattle, I truly have a passion and tremendous drive to always create the best. The same motivation inspired my dream to build the Ledson Hotel on the historic Sonoma Plaza, numerous homes in the notable Armstrong Estates, and Ledson Winery, known as “The Castle” throughout Sonoma County and afar.
My life is full of excitement and adventure. There is not a day that goes by that isn’t just full of opportunity, lots of people just don’t see it. I am able to grow every day through real life experiences with family and friends and fulfill my dreams by focusing on target goals that have improved my life and those surrounding me.
I love sharing my vision by reflecting on what got me where I am today and sharing where I am headed tomorrow. It is an exciting journey.
